We stand behind PounceStation completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@pouncetheory.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. You do not need to provide a reason, but any feedback you share helps us improve.

Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal signs of use are completely fine — we just can't accept returns where the product has been intentionally damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in those cases only.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your PounceStation arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
